Hydraulically Pressed Juices

 

Mandy’s Healthy Cafe uses the Norwalk Press to create our hydraulically pressed juices.

The Norwalk Juicer extracts juice through the tremendous pressure exerted by a Hydraulic Press. Maximum amounts of natural fruit sugars, vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes, and other vital elements are preserved through the process of grinding down the fruit and vegetables and straining them through a cloth. This imparts to the juice an extremely fine quality and flavor which is unequaled by any other method of juice extraction. When you drink the juices, they go directly into your blood stream with the nutrients actually feeding your body cells within ten to fifteen minutes. All this with no effort on the part of your body for digestion and assimilation.

The bottles are made fresh daily and have a shelf life of 2-3 days. They contain three to five times more nutritional value than our premium juices. To increase their life span, it is a good idea to freeze them until needed.
