Welcome to Mandy’s Healthy Cafe and Juice Bar!
Our main goal is to provide people with a comfortable environment where they can get a nutritious, satisfying meal. We want to make it easier for people to have access to healthy food. “Mandy’s Healthy Cafe and Juice Bar” is named after my daughter, Amanda, because together we strive to make the world healthier one person at a time. We are dedicating ourselves to our mission, which is to help people maintain their health naturally through a lifestyle including vegetable juices and fresh food. We chose Carroll Gardens/Downtown Brooklyn because of the warm, welcoming neighborhood and the eclectic environment. Myself, Mandy, our manager Jannie, and every single one of our employees are involved in running our intricate business. People from all walks of life are always welcome. We have always been health conscience, and now we are both at a point in our lives where we are able to bring that awareness to others. We officially opened the doors of our cafe August 11, 2011 and we hope to be here for a very long time! ..and remember a green juice a day keeps the doctor away!
